Peperomia Rosso -Emerald Ripple

These low maintenance gems are perfect if you want to add plants to a smaller space or need a smaller addition to your collection. The Emerald Ripple is compact and looks amazing as a centerpiece on a table or sits nicely on a small shelf or desk. The Peperomia caperata Rosso has dark emerald-colored leaves with bright red under leaves. They have a rippled texture on the leaves that makes them stand out from other plants commonly seen indoors. Makes them very desirable and a real beauty.

Light: Peperomia caperata ‘Rosso’ will thrive in medium to bright indirect light. It will tolerate lower light spaces, but the growth rate will be reduced drastically. This plant does not tolerate direct sunlight well and leaves will become scotched if left in full sun for too long.

Water: The Emerald Ripple needs watering when the first inch or two of the soil feels dry. Give this plant a good deep watering but avoid soggy or over saturated soil. Peperomia do not do well if watering is skipped too often, keep it consistent.

 Humidity: Although adding humidity to your space is not necessary for a Peperomia, they would sure be happier if you did.
