Spathiphyllum Domino (Peace Lily 'Domino')
All Peace Lily's are beautiful with their graceful leaves however this variegated Spathiphyllum Domino here is a real show stopper. These textured green and white marbled leaves will make way for a stunning white, single pointed flower which will last for months once they come!
The flower is the inspiration for the common name given to these plants : 'Peace Lily' (yes - the flower resembles a peaceful white flag)
As pretty as they are, the Peace Lily is on the NASA list of 'top twelve air filtering plants', so do something good for you and yours - and get two of them!
Light: Peace Lilies will tolerate low light but will show more variegation and bloom more often when given bright indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight.
Water: Peace Lilies do not like their soil to be dry over a long period of time. You will see wilting and browning of the leaves if left dry. Always keep these moist but avoid over watering which leads to soggy soil conditions and possibly standing water. We recommend using filtered water or rainwater as Peace Lilies can be sensitive to the chemicals and minerals often present and found in standard tap water.
Humidity: Spathiphyllum are tropical plants that love humidity. If you live in an arid climate you may consider adding moisture to your space through a pebble tray, grouping plants, or humidifier.
NOTE:
* Peace Lilies are toxic and should be kept away from children and pets *
